We will send you a text message confirming that the products have been shipped with the understanding that the charge has been successful ("Shipping Confirmation"), along with your tracking number. 
Stock issues may occur when multiple customers place orders for products at the same time; When this happens and we cannot send a previously selected item, it will remain in B.O (Back Order) and the B.O terms set out at the end of this point will apply. We work hard to keep our stock levels as accurate as possible however errors may occasionally occur. If you have placed an incorrect order or wish to cancel an order before it is shipped, immediately call your assigned salesperson or contact Roto Frank México customer service (2221292300), and/or send an email to Roto Frank México: Tiendaonline@rotomexico.com and we will do everything in our power to help you. FULFILLMENT OF ALL SITE ORDERS WILL BE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY. WE EXPRESSLY RESERVE THE RIGHT NOT TO ACCEPT YOUR ORDER FOR ANY REASON. WE ALSO RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL AN ORDER BY NOTIFICATION VIA EMAIL TO YOU IN THE FOLLOWING SITUATIONS (WITHOUT LIMITATION), WITHOUT BEING RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYMENT OF DAMAGES OR COSTS OTHER THAN THE REFUND OF ANY AMOUNT RECEIVED FROM YOU IN CONNECTION WITH THE ORDER WHICH WE HAVE CANCELED: 
-The requested product is discontinued and without replacement. 
-Our system tells us that the quantity of the product exceeds the usual consumption limits (a part can be supplied, leaving the rest in B.O)
-Your billing information is not correct or cannot be verified. 
-If the payment is not received in a certain period. 
-We cannot deliver to the address indicated due to force majeure. 
Back Orders (B.O) 
Any out-of-stock product will be marked as "reserve order" giving the possibility of purchasing it even if it is not currently in stock, remaining as B.O, which will be subject to review; If a product is discontinued, it will be evaluated and you will be offered a substitute or the option of purchasing another item with the value of the product that could not be supplied for cash customers; For credit clients, this amount will be returned to their line of credit. 
4.- Price and payment: 
The prices of the products are indicated in Euros (EUR) without VAT; This aforementioned tax is included when viewing the basket details as long as they are domestic sales. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. For customers with a PUE "cash" payment term, payments will be made through bank credit and debit cards (MasterCard and Visa) or Wire Transfers; and will be taken into account for the acquisition of the products previously selected in the order placed, as long as the issuing bank has effectively authorized its purchase. 
For customers with a PPD "credit" payment term, they may make purchases as long as they do not exceed their granted credit limit, and do not have past due balances.
